Based in San Francisco, California, executive Seth Taube has functioned as chief executive officer and president of Medley Management, LLC, since 1997. A credit asset management firm, Medley Management is based in New York City with one office residing in San Francisco. The firm frequently works with retail and institutional investors and manages more than $5 billion in assets. Seth Taube serves as co-chairman of the Board of Directors and is also the chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors for Sierra Income Corporation. Furthermore, he serves as chief executive officer and chairman of the board of trustees for Sierra Total Return Fund, as well as the director of Medley Capital Corporation.
Before forming Medley Management, Seth Taube gained financial industry experience at Morgan Stanley and Tiger Management. He attended Harvard University for his undergraduate studies where he earned a bachelor of arts in anthropology. Mr. Taube went on to earn a master’s degree in economics from St. Andrew’s University and a master of business administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
